Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٤ رجب الاصم ١٢٤٦١٩ ديسمبر ١٨٣٠نمرة ٢٢٣صفحة ٢ حوادث مجلس مصر امين افندى ناظر الابنية قدم تقريرا الى مجلس المشورة مضمونه انه ارسلت اليه خلاصة قبل الان بان يعمل محل لتحميص البز فى المحروسة فبحث عن ذلك فوجد فى حارة اللبودية التى هى بالقرب من الحمزاوى مكانا موقوفا على الجامع الذى بالسكرية وكان مطبخا للسكر فيه محل مما يلى الزقاق طوله اربعون ذراعا وعرضه اربعة عشر يصلح لان يقيم فيه الناظر والكتبة بعد ان يرمم قليلا ووراء هذا المكان محل طوله خمسة وخمسون ذراعا وعرضه اربعون ذراعا يصلح لان يكون محل التحميص وانه يعطى تسعة واربعون قرشا فى كل شهر من أجرة المحل الى ناظر الوقف واذا انشئ كاملا يلزم لانشائه مائة وسبعون كيسا هذا ما انهاه ولدى المذاكرة قالوا ان انها الافندى المومى اليه فى محله وان المبلغ الذى يعطى من اجرة المحل الى ناظر الوقف قليل فينبغى ان يشرع فى انشائه سريعا ويخصص لمباشرة الفعلة اناس يعتمد عليهم فى الاهتمام الى ان تتم العمارة ويحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى الافندى المومى اليه ويحرر علم ثان الى الخزينة العامرة لاجل اعطاء التسعة والاربعين قرشا الى ناظر الوقف من ابتدا تاريخ الخلاصة واقتطاعها من ايراد التحميص كما استقر الرأى عليه فى المجلس العمومى المنعقد بالقصر العالى.
