Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٤ رمضان ١٢٤٥ ٢٧ فبراير ١٨٣٠ نمرة ١١٥ صفحة ١-٢ حوادث مجلس المشورة من حيث انه ظهر على الشيخ مصطفى احمد الكاتب فى خط حلوان فى مأمورية شرق اطنج ماية وثلاثة اكياس وكسور مبلغا استعلم من احمد باشا مدير الاقاليم الوسطانية هل يمكن تحصيل هذا المبلغ منه ام لا وباى سبب ظهر عليه هذا المبلغ والان ورد من المشار اليه علم الى مجلس المشورة مضمونه سبب ظهور هذا المبلغ ان الشيخ المرقوم اخذ من فعلة الابنية الميرية علم اجرتهم وهو مشتمل على اربعة وستين كيسا لكى يأخذ بالعلم المذكور هذا المبلغ ويسلمهم ثم باع هذا العلم الى انطوان زنانيرى وهو تاجر شامى مقيم فى المحروسة بثمن قدره نصف ذلك المبلغ فظهر عليه اربعة وستيت كيسا واما ظهور باقى المبلغ فهو انه ظهر عليه من مال الديوان فى وقت كونه صرافا فى قرى البساتين والطره ودير الطين منذ سنة اربعين الى غاية سنة اثنى واربعين واما الاشياء التى ملكها الشيخ المرقوم فهى بيت واربعة فدادين طينا وخمسة قراريط نخلا وهو مكسور رجله ومريض وبه كما بان ذلك من اخبار ابراهيم اغا مأمور شرق اطفيح ولما جلب الشيخ المرقوم الى مجلس المشورة وسئل ذلك منه قال انى صرت صرافا فى سنة اثنى واربعين بكفالة سالم حماد وهو شيخ كبير فى خط حلوان وعملت خمسة اشهر عمل صراف وبعد صرت معزولا ورأوا حسابى وظهر على سبعماية قرشا فقط ثم صرت بكفالة الشيخ المرقوم كاتب الخط على اربعة عشر قرية وخدمت ستة اشهر وتصادف الرصاص الى رجلى بقضاء الله تعالى وصرت مشوشا ولم افق حالا ثم ان الكاتب الذى نصب عوضى جاء الى بيتى وفتح صندقى واخذ الدفاتر وحاسبوا فظهر على هذه المبلغ والعلم الذى اخذته من تلك الفعلة عندى ولم يسالوا منى ثم بعته على المناصفة وصرفت المبلغ الذى اخذته ولم يبقى عندى شئ منه ولدى المذاكرة قالوا بان من تقرير الشيخ مصطفى احمد انه صار هو بكفالة لشيخ حماد صرافا و كاتب الخط مكسورا رجله بتصادف الرصاص وان الكاتب الذى نصب عوضه جاء الى بيته وهو مشوش وفتح صندوقه واخذ الدفاتر واظهر عليه تلك المبالغ الا انه ينبغى ان يجلب الكاتب المرقوم مع تلك الدفاتر والشيخ حماد ويرى حسابه على الوجه الحق فى الدرسخانة المهمة لكى يسكت ويلزم ويحرر من الديوان الخديوى الى الباشا المشار اليه لكى يرسل المرقومين والدفاتر كما استقر الراى على ذلك فى اليوم الخامس عشر من شهر شعبان الشريف.
