Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٣٠ ذي الحجة ١٢٩٦ ١٤ ديسمبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٣٩ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٤ ذى الحجة سنة ١٢٩٦ محكمة مصر ارسلت للمحافظة الملغية مكاتبة على ما صدر لها من ديوان الأوقاف بشأن ثلاثة أماكن كانوا متخربين بـشارع سوق السلاح مقال سبوق تواجرهم للمرحوم سليم باشا الحجازي من جهة وقف المرحوم حسن أغا بليغا وانه بالأطلاع على حجة الإيقاف الذي أحضرتها الست عائشة الناظرة تبين أن ثلاثة أماكن ليسوا واردين بها لذا رغبت المحكمة اجراء ما يلزم تطبيقا للمنشورات الصادرة في حق المحلات التي يقال بأن حجتها عديمة الوجود وبالتحري عن ذلك بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الأوقاف والمحكمة وبما ورد أخيرًا من المحكمة رقم ٢١ شعبان سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٣٥٦ توضح بأنه جري التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة أحد كتاب المحكمة المدعو الشيخ محمد الدري والشيخ المذكور أوري بانه تحقق بشهادة المشهرين الكائنين بـخط التبانة بـشارع المارداني بـسويقة العزي جارين في وقف المرحوم حسن أغا بليغا وأن الناظر على الوقف المذكور حال حياته المدعو الشيخ حسين حلبي حال حياته أجر الثلاثة أماكن المذكورين للمرحوم سليم باشا الحجازي حال حياته وأذنه بالبنا والعمارة على أرض الثلاثة أماكن على وجه البقاء والقرار وانه بنى وعمر على أرض الثلاثة أماكن المذكورة مكانين أحدهما يعرف بالبحري والثاني يعرف بالقبلي وانه استمر المستأجر الموما إليه واضع يده على ذلك لحين وفاته لباقي ما أوضحه وما يشملوا عليه باقي الأوراق وحيث في تاريخه كتب للجهات عموما ومن الأقتضا النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة كما بتاريخه كتب للمحكمة عن ذلك وأرسلت إليها كامل الأوراق المتعلقة بذلك.
