Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٣٠ ذي الحجة ١٢٩٦ ١٤ ديسمبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٣٩ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٢٧ ذى القعده سنة ١٢٩٦ ديوان الأوقاف أرسل مكاتبة للمحكمة ومعها أوراق بشأن مادة دكان كائنة بـتحت الربع وقف المرحوم ابراهيم أغا مستحفظان نظارة ديوان الأوقاف وأن المعلم أحمد عبد الحق المرخماتي وشركاه رغب أخذها بالأستبدال ولورود إفادة المحكمة بعدم وجود حجة ايقاف الدكان المذكورة حصل مخابرة بيت مال مصر والمحكمة ووردت الأفادات أخيرا من المحكمة رقم غاية رجب سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٣٣١ بأنه جرى التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة الشيخ على حسين النكلاوي أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أورى بأنه تحقق لديه جريان الحانوت الكائنة بخط سفل الربع في وقف المرحوم إبراهيم أغا مستحفظان على مسجده الكائن بـخط باب الوزير لباقي ما أوضحه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري بعدم الأستبدلال وحيث أن ديوان الأوقاف فبتاريخه صار النشر عن ذلك للجهات ومن الأقتضا النشر أيضًا بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة ايقاف بدل الضايعة مع اجراء ما يرغبه ديوان الأوقاف كما تحرر للمحكمة عن ما ذكر وارسلت إليها كامل الأوراق ولزم تحريره ليتنبه بالنشر حسب ما ذكر.
