Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٣٠ ذي الحجة ١٢٩٦ ١٤ ديسمبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٣٩ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من الضبطية المصرية بتاريخ ٢٤ ذي القعدة سنة ٩٦ كان تقدم اعراض من حسين شعبان وعناني شعبان بأن لهم حصة أربعة عشر قيراط من زريبة كائنة بين الحارات بـثمن الأزبكية آلت إليهم من قبل المرحوم شعبان القصير آلت إليه هو والآخر عن والده ولما جرت التحريات اللازمة ما بين ديوان الأوقاف وبيت المال والمحكمة أخيرًا وردت إفادة المحكمة رقم نمرة ج سنة ١٢٩٦ نمرة ٤٦ عرض بأنه صار تعيين الشيخ مصطفى عبد رب النبي أحد كتاب المحكمة لتحقيق ذلك والشيخ المذكور أورى بانه تحقق لديه جريان الحصة التي قدرها أربعة عشر قيراط شايعين في كامل الباقي من الزريبة الكائنة بمصر المحروسة بـخط المقسم المبارك بين الحارات بعد الذي أزيل منها التوسعة الطريق الموصل للفجالة وغيرها في ملك عناني شعبان القزاز وحسين شعبان السقاء في الماء العذب ولدي المرحوم شعبان القصير السقا بن عناني القصير سوية بينهما لباقي ما أوضحه وقد تأشر من قلم حسابات الديوان بعد العلم بالحصة المذكورة وتقدمت ضمانة بأختام كل من عناني شعبان القزاز وحسين شعبان السقا والضامن إليهم لاشين حسنين مختار السقايين بأن الحصة المذكورة ملك المذكورين ولا مانع من التصريح إليهم باخراج حجة بدل الضايعة لباقي ما أوضح عنه بالضمانة وتصدق على الضمانة من عبد ربه عيد شيخ السقايين بمصر بأن لاشين المذكور معتمد او مقتدر او ان ضمانة عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشر على نفس الضمانة بختم الضبطية بان ختم عبد ربه عيد المبصوم بها مضاهي للوارد للسجل وحيث في تاريخه كتب الى المحكمة وارسلت اليها كامل الأوراق المتعلقة بذلك وتوري اليها بأنه كتب إلى الوقايع المصرية بدرج ما ذكر بالجرانيل بميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما من لكى إذا كان لا يظهر وجود معرض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجرى تحرير حجج بدل الضايعة وتحرر عموما للجهات ولزم تحريره ليجري التنبيه بالجرانيل حسب الجاري.
