Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٦ ذي الحجة ١٢٩٦ ٣٠ نونمبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٣٧ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٢٧ ذي سنة ٩٦ مقدما عرض للمحافظة الملغية من الحرمة آمنة بنت أحمد الشماع بانها تملك حصة بحق قيراط واحد وكسور بمنزل كائن بـدرب الشيخ نصر بـبولاق والحجة ضايعة ونلتمس تحرير بدلها ولما أفيد من المحكمة نمرة ٥٤ بما تبين لدى الكشف من السجل قد حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الأوقاف والمحكمة وبما ورد من المحكمة أخيرا في ٢٦ ج سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٥٤ توضح بانه صار اجراء التحقيق اللازم عن ذلك بمعرفة محكمة بولاق وبمناظرة الأوراق تبين أن الشيخ محمد عبد الخالق نائب محكمة بولاق والشيخ محمد الليثي أوضحوا بأنه تحقق جريان الحصة التي قدرها قيراط واحد ونصف وربع قيراط في كامل المكان الكائن ببولاق بـدرب الطبالين قريبا من زاوية الشيخ نصر في ملك الحرمة أمنة بنت المرحوم أحمد الشماع ابن المرحوم محمد لباقي ما أوضحوه وتقدم ضمانة بامضا وأختام كل من الحرمة آمنة الشماع والضامن اليها حسين محمد الشماع بشأن الحصة المذكورة وانها ملك الحرمة أمنة وانه لا مانع من التصريح باخراج حجة بدل الضايعة لباقي ما نص عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من محمد أبو حجر رئيس الخضرية بان حسين عمر الشماع الضامن معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا للضمانة وان ضمانة عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشر بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بان ختم شيخ طايفة الخضرية المبصوم بها مضاهي للوارد بالسجل وحيث مسبوق التأشير من ورشة الحسابات أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال فبتاريخه كتب للمحكمة وأرسلت اليها كامل الأوراق وتوري بأنه تحرر الى الوقائع المصرية بالنشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل بميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما من تاريخه وكتب للجهات عموما لكى اذا كان لا يظهر معارض ولا منازع فالمحكمة تجري حجة بدل الضايعة ولزم تحريره ليتنبه بنشر ذلك بالجرانيل حسب الجاري.
