Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٣ ربيع الأول ١٢٩٧ ٤ مارث ١٨٨٠ نمرة ٨٦٠ صفحة ٤ نص اعلان وارد من بيت مال مصر بتاريخ ١٤ ربيع الأول سنة١٢٩٧ موجود نصف خربة بسوق الخشب القديم بثمن الأزبكية سابق ضبطها بناء على الاخبارية منعبد الجليل شيخ الثمن سابق فى ٢٣ ج سنة ١٢٧٦ بالقول انها مخلفة عن حرمة تسما محبوبة متوفية عن أولادها اثنين احدهم باع ما خصه والثانى غائب من مدة الرديف لا يعلم محله ولا ان كان توفى أو على قيد الحياة وبإجراء التحريات المقتضية عن ذلك فلم كان يستدل على اسم المالك للنصف المذكور ثم وبمكاتبة ديوان الأوقاف عن ذلك وردت افادته رقم ٢٨ ش سنة ١٢٩٢ نمرة ٤٧٦ بأن نصف الخربة المذكورة لا يكن من حقوقه ثم وردت افادة أيضا من محافظة مصر بعدم مصادفة الخربة المذكورة تضمينات مستجدة هذا ولتقديم تذكرة للمصلحة من تا..رس تادرس أفندى سيدهم من مستخدمين المالية برغبته مشتري الزراع في الخربه المحكى عنها بسعر خمسة قروش صاغ صار الأستئذان من الداخلية لمبيع النصف المرقوم وصدر أمرها أخيرا فى ٢٩ جماد الثانى سنة ١٢٩٦ نمرة ١١٩ تصريحا باشهار مزاد المبيع بميعاد واحد وتسعين يوم وعلى ذلك تحرر لديوان الأشغال بمقاس الخربة المذكورة فوردت افادته رقم ١٧ يوليه سنة ٧٩ نمرة ٤٤ بان مسطحها أربعة وثمانون ذراع وثلث وربع وبناء على ما ذكر قد تحررت قايمة مزاد باشهار نصف الخربة البادى ذكرها بالميعاد المرقوم وارسلت الى رئيس دلالين العقار بالمحروسة وتوضح بها أن كافة المصاريف من دلالة ومسيرى ورسومات وغيره على المشترى بدون تكليف المصلحة بشئ ما وبعد مرسى المزاد على أى شخص كان واتضح عدم وجود الراغب بزيادة يصير الأستئذان عن المبيع ومتى صدر الأمر بالسماح فى المبيع يجرى قبض الثمن ومكاتبة المحكمة بتوقيع المبايعة بحيث لم يحصل السماح في التسليم لمن يرسى عليه المزاد فلا يكن له تدعى على بيت المال بشئ ما وقد تحرر للجهات عموما في تاريخه عن ذلك وهذا لاعلانه على مستخدمين ذاك الطرف وفروعه حتى كل من له رغبة فى المشترى يحضر لبيت المال أو وكيلا من طرفه بالضمانة والأفادة المقتضية قبل حلول الميعاد المرقوم بيومين لاعمال المزاد بالمصلحة حسب الجارى
