Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٠ جمادي الأولى ١٢٩٦ ١١ مايو ١٨٧٩نمرة ٨١٠ ص ٣ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٢٣ ربيع الثاني سنة ٩٦ انه لوجه ما عرض للمحافظة الملغية من الشيخ محمد الجندي بأنه يمتلك حصة ثلاث قراريط بمنزل كائن بـخط الحسينية بـعطفة الشيخ أيوب الانصاري بمقتضي حجة ضايعة حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف ووردت الأفادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراء من التحريات والتحقيقات الذي بالتحرير عنها إلى المحكمة والايضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الأصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس قد وردت افادة المحكمة رقم ٣ الحاضر نمرة ٢٩ بأنه جرى التحقيق اللازم حسب ما أورى الشيخ على الخطيب أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوضح بأنه تحقق لديه جريان حصة ثلاث قراريط بالمكان المذكور في ملك الشيخ محمود الجندي لباقي ما أوراه وتأشر من ورشة الاملاك بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال وتقدم ضمانة بامضا وأختام كل من الشيخ محمد الجندي والضامن اليه الحاج عثمان عبد الهادي الطباخ بشأن الحصة المرقومة وانها ملك الشيخ محمد الجندي لباقي ما توضح عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من الحاج سعودي أحمد قاسم ريس طايفة الطباخين بأن الحاج عثمان الضامن معتمد وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان ضمانه هو والشيخ محمد الجندي عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشير على الضمانة بختم الضبطية بأن ختم شيخ الطباخين المبصوم بها مضاهي للمبصوم بالسجل وفي تاريخه تحرر الى المحكمة وأرسلت اليها الضمانة والاوراق واقتضي تحريره للنشر عن ذكر بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوم لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجه بدل الضايعة حسب الجاري.
