Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٥ جمادي الأول ١٢٩٦ ٦ مايو ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٠٩ ص ٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١١ ربيع الثاني سنة ١٢٩٦ قد عرض من الحرمة وردة القبطية بنت اسحاق غبريال بانها تمتلك حصة ستة قراريط بمنزل كائن بـدرب طياب بـالازبكية والحجة ضايعة وأفيد من المحكمة نمرة ١١٩ بما تبين لدي الكشف من السجلات قد حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف وبطريكخانة الاقباط ووردت الافادات بوضاحة ما أجراه من التحريات والتحقيقات لذي بالتحرير عنها إلى المحكمة والايضاح عما تقتضيه الاصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس فيما وردت به افادة المحكمة رقم ٢٨ ص سنة ١٢٩٦ نمرة ٢٤ عرضحالات توضح بانه جري التحقيق اللازم عن ذلك بمعرفة الشيخ على حسين أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوري بأنه تحقق لديه ملكيته وردة بنت اسحاق لحصة الستة قراريط من المكان الكائن بمصر بخط الازبكية بدرب طياب لباقي ما أوضحه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال على ذاك الحصة وتقدم ضمانة بامضا وختم كل من وردة المذكورة والضامن اليها الحاج على النشار بان حصة الستة قراريط هى ملك وردة والمحكي عنها ولا مانع من التصريح اليها باخراج حجة بدل الضايعة لباقي ما نص عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من الحاج سعودي أحمد قاسم شيخ طايفة الطباخين بان على النشار الضامن معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان ضمانة في ذلك عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشير على نفس الضمانة بختم الضبطية بان ختم شيخ الطباخين المبصوم بها مضاهي للمبوصوم بسجل الضبطية وحيث انه في تاريخه كتب للمحكمة وأرسلت اليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق واقتضي تحريره ليجري النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل فقد تحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بعد انتها الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة و حسب ما ذكر.
