Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٤ ربيع الأخر١٢٩٦ ٦ أبريل ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٠٥ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١٥ ربيع الأول سنة ١٢٩٦ مقدما عرض من الست زينب والست كاسن بأنه مخلف من المرحوم السعيد عبد اللطيف أفندي فرن كائنة بـشارع الداويديه وحجتها ضايعة وبحصول التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف قد وردت الأفادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراء الذي بالتحري عنه للمحكمة والايضاح عن اجراء من تقتضيه الأصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس قد وردت افادة المحكمة رقم ١٨ ص سنة ٩٦ نمرة ١٧ بانه تعين الشيخ أحمد الزرقاني أحد كتاب المحكمة وما أجراه أوضح عنه والشيخ المذكور يوري بأنه تحقق لديه أن المرحوم الشيخ عبد اللطيف يمتلك جميع كامل بنا وأرض الفرن الكائنة بخط الداوديه بـسوق عصفور الي حين وفاته عن زوجته الست عريفة المدعوة ست الحسن وولده منها عبد الوهاب افندي الشرقي ثم توفت الست عريفة عن ولدها عبد الوهاب أفندي المذكور وتوفي المرحوم عبد الوهاب أفندي عن والديه عبد اللطيف أفندي وصلوحة وتوفت صلوحة عن أخيها عبد اللطيف أفندي المذكور وتوفى المرحوم عبد اللطيف المذكور عن زوجته المصونة زنوبه وابنته منها الست كاسن من غير شريك لباقي ما أوضح عنه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري على ما ورد من المحكمة بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال وتقدم ضمانة بامضا واختام كل من الست ذنوبة والست كاسن والضامن اليهم أحمد أفندي نسيم الضامن معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وحيث من الاقتضا النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وقد تحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوم وتحرر بتاريخه للمحكمة وأرسلت إليها الضمانة وباقي الاوراق لكي بعد انتهاء الميعاد المذكور اذا كان لا يظهر معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة وبناء عليه اقتضا تحريره للنشر حسب ما ذكر.
