Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٣ ربيع الاخر ١٢٩٦ ٢٦ مارث ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٠٣ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٢٠ ربيع الاول سنة ١٢٩٦م قد عرض من مذكورين بانهم ورثة المرحوم شافعي نوبشني وانه مخلف عنه منزل كائن بـدرب القطة بـالأزبكية بمقتضي حجج موجودة ضايع منهم حجة بحصة سبعة قراريط وكسور ولما ان عطيت الافادة من المحكمة للمحافظة الملغية نمرة ٦٢ بما تبين لدي الكشف من السجلات حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف ووردت الافادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراه من التحريات والتحقيقات الذي بالتحري عنها للمحكمة والايضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الاصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس عطيت الافادة من المحكمة رقم ١٩ شوال سنة ٩٥ نمرة ٩٩ عرضحالات بانه جري التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة الشيخ مصطفي عبد رب النبي أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور يروى بانه تحقق لديه جريان حصة سبعة قراريط وسدس من المكان الكائن بدرب قطة بـثمن الأزبكية في ملك حافظ نويشني ومرسى نويشنى والحرمة سيدة والحرمة منتهي أولاد المرحوم شافعي نويشني لباقي ما أوضحه وتأشير من ورشة الأملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الاستـدلال على الحصة المذكوره وتقدم ضمانه بامضا وأختام كل من الورثة المذكورين والضامن اليهم الشيخ مصطفي ابراهيم الباجوري بشأن الحصة المذكورة وانها ملك الورثة لباقي ما توضح بالضمانة وتصدق من حسن عثمان الزيات بان الشيخ مصطفي ابراهيم الباحوري الضامن معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان الضمانة في ذلك عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتصدق الضامن الشيخ أحمد عامر شيخ الزياتين بان الشيخ مصطفي الباجوري الضامن وحسن عثمان المصدق له هو معتمد وان ضمان الاثنين عليه وتأشر بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بان ختم أحمد عامر شيخ الزياتين المبصوم بها مضاهي للمبصوم يسجل الضبطية وحيث من الاقتضاء النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وقد تحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع فالمحكمة تجري حجة ببدل الضايعة وبتاريخه تحرر للمحكمة عما ذكر وأرسلت إليها الأوراق والضمانة واقتضي تحريره ليتنبه بالنشر حسب ما ذكر.
