Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢١ ربيع الاخر ١٢٩٦ ١٣ ابريل ١٨٧٩نمرة ٨٠٦ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١٥ ربيع الاول سنة ١٢٩٦ مقدما عرض من محمد زينهم بان له حصة بمنزلين كائنين بـحارة عبد الحليم بـخط الجوابر بـبولاق والحجة ضايعة وأفيد من المحكمة نمرة ١٧٧ بما تبين لدى الكشف من السجلات قد حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف ووردت الافادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراه الذي بالتحري عنه الى المحكمة والايضاح عما تقتضيه الاصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس ووردت افادة المحكمة رقم ١٩ ص سنة ٢٩٦ نمرة ١٨ بأنه جرى التحقيق اللازم عن ذلك بـمحكمة بولاق وتبين ان الشيخ محمد الليثي من كتاب المحكمة أوري بأنه تحقق لدى الشيخ محمد عبد الخالق نايب محكمة بولاق جريان الحصة التي قدرها قيراط واحد ونصف في كامل المكان الكائن بـحارة الجوابر بـكفر الطماعين بـعطفة عبد الحليم وحصة قيراط واحد ونصف في كامل المكان الكائن بالخط والعطفة المذكورين في ملك المرحومة حسنة بنت المرحوم عبد اللطيف الحريري الى حين وفاتها عن زوجها حنفي الشملي وأولادها الأربعة هم محمد زينهم والحرمة حنيفة والحرمة خديجة والحرمة منتهى ووفاة الحرمة منتهي عن زوجها الشيخ خليل رزق الفقي وأولادها الثلاثة محمد حسين الصباغ وحسنة ونبيهه ووفات نبيهه عن والدها الشيخ خليل رزق لباقي ما توضح وتأشير من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال على الحصتين المذكورتين وتقدم ضمانة بامضا وأختام كل من الورثة المذكوريين والضامن اليهم أحمد منسي الكيال بشأن الحصتين المذكورتين وانهم ملك الورثة لباقي ما توضح عنه بالضمانة وتصدق عليها من أحمد رزه ريس مسببين الغلال بأن أحمد منسي الضامن المذكور معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان الضمانة عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشير بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بأن ختم أحمد رزه المبصوم بها مضاهي للمبصوم بسجلات الضبطية وحيث من الاقتضاء النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل فقد تحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما وكتب بتاريخه بالمحكمة وأرسلت اليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة وبناء علية اقتضي تحريره ليتنبه بالنشر حسب ما ذكر.
