Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٣ جمادى الاولى ١٢٤٦٩ نوفمبر ١٨٣٠ نمرة ٢٠٨صفحة ١ حوادث مجلس مصر خير الله افندى ناظر فبريقات الوجه القبلى عموما قرر ان طرنبات البخار التى شرع فى انشائها لاجل انوال مبيضة شبرا صرف لصانعيها فى مدة سلفه احمد رافت افندى الفان وثمانمائة واثنا عشر قرشا وذلك اجرة شهر ذى الحجه سنة ٤٥ وشهر محرم سنة ٤٦ ثم وردت قائمة بعد ذلك مختومة بخاتم الخواجه ولماس واسمعيل اغا الناظر بصرف هذا المبلغ فذهب مع الخواجه ولماس الى المبيضة وعملا قائمة باجرة الشغالين فبلغت يوميتهم اثنين وستين قرشا وثمانية عشر نصفا فضه ثم انه سال المباشر هل يوجد سند من الديوان بصرف هذا المبلغ فاجاب بانه لا يوجد واراد المومى اليه ان تعطى صورة لصرفه ولدى المذاكرة قالوا ان محل انوال هذه الطرنبات المتصل بمبيضة شبرا انشئ فى مدة احمد رافت افندى وليست مصاريفه متعلقة بديوان الابنية فلذا لم يصرفها احمد جلبى ولما عرض ذلك لاعتاب ولى النعم رسم بامره الكريم بان بيرون اغاسى ناظرها يحرر بها قائمة والاجرة المختصة بالالات تصرف من ديوان فبريقات الوجه القبلى وبموجب ذلك صرفت لهم فينبغى ان تصرف الان ولاجل صرف المبالغ الازمة للطرنبات من ديوان الفبريقات يحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى حير الله افندى المومى اليه اشعارا له بهذا كما استقر الرأى عليه.
