Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٤ جمادى الاولى ١٢٤٦٣١ أكتوبر ١٨٣٠ نمرة ٢٠٥صفحة ٤ حسين اغا ناظر ترسانة بولاق اخبر بان الاخشاب وسائر المهمات التى اخذت من ترسانةمصر القديمة الى ترسانة بولاق بموجب حافظة مختومة من طرف ناظرها احمد افندى بلغ ثمنها مائة وستة وثمانين الفا وثمانمائة وثمانية قروش وعشرة انصاف فضة وعرض للمجلس غلاه اسعارها فرأى اهل المجلس ان امين افندى ناظر الابنية يكشف عليها ويحقق اثمنها فذهب ورأى هذه الاشيا واحدة فواحدة وقطع اثمانها فظهر فرق فى ذلك قدره ثمانية وثلاثون الفا وثلاثمائة وتسعة وخمسون قرشا وتسعة وعشرون نصفا فضة وجميع الاخشاب المذكورة بعد الكشف والمعاينة راوا ان اثمنها الموضوعة لها ليست بكثيرة ولا بقليلة ما عدا الصنف المسمى ببلطه فانه اضيف الى كل واحدة منه خمسة قروش واخبر الافندى المومى اليه بان هذا الفرق مرقوم فى الحافظة وفى علم تثمين الترسانة ولدى المذاكرة قالوا ان متأخرات الاصناف المذكورة باقية منذ سنين مما صرف من ترسانة مصر القديمة الى محلات اخرى واذا حررت باثمان زائدة لا تقبلها الاماكن التى تطلبها واذا بقيت فى المخازن تتلف فبناء على ذلك يلزم ان يحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى محمد افندى مأمور اشغال المحروسة سابقا لاجل استبعاد هذا المبالغ عن حساب المصلحة المذكورة والى الخزينة اشعارا بذلك ثم انه وان كان قد استقر الرأى على هذا فى اليوم الخامس عشر من صفر سنة ٤٥ الا انه راى اهل المجلس ان تنسخ صورة ذلك وترسل الى على افندى مأمور اشغال المحروسة فعلى استقرار الرأى السابق ينبعى ان الفرق الذى ظهر وقدره ثمانية وثلاثون الفا وثلاثمائة وتسعة وخمسون قرشا وتسعة وعشرون نصفا فضة يخصم فى ابعادية الديوان وذلك يحتاج الى صدور علم الى على افندى المومى اليه.
