Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٧ شعبان ١٢٤٥ ١ فبراير ١٨٣٠ نمرة ١٠٥ صفحة ٣ بان من جرنال ورد الى مجلس المشورة انه جرت منازعة بين العبيد المستخدمين فى خدمة سواقى اشجار التوت فى مأمورية القلويوبية وهم من سقط الجهادية وبين سليم اغا ناظرهم وبان ان بعضا منهم تجاسروا على ان يفعلوا فعلا شنيعا وان ليس لسليم اغا قابلية فى استخدامهم على الوجه اللائق ولدى المذكرة قالوا ان الذين اعرضوا منهم عن اصول الطاعة وتجاسروا على الفساد والمخالفة يلزمهم التأديب على موجب قانون الجهادية فينبغى اولا ان ينصب احد مستعد من الديوان الخديوى ناظرا عليهم وينبه عليه ان يهتم بالدقة والعناية فى استخدامهم ويرسل هناك وتعمل تعريفات على قانون الجهادية وتسلم له حتى اذا اعرض واحد منهم عن الاصول و تجاسر على فعل امر شنيع ادب بموجبها وذلك يوجب صدور علم الى محمود بيك افندى ناظر الجهادية لاجل اعطا اعطاء تلك التعريفات كما استقر الراى على ذلك فى اليوم السادس عشر من شهر رجب الفرد.
