Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٢ جماذ الأول ١٢٤٥ ٩ نوفمبر ١٨٢٩ نمرة ٨١صفحة ١ على افندى مأمور اشغال المحروسة قدم تقرير الى مجلس المشورة مضمونه ان عن الدبارة التى اعطيت الى حسين بيك ناظر المهمات الحربية لاجل لوازم المهمات الحربية بلغ ثمنها ثمانية الاف واربعماية وسبعة وسبعين قرشا وعشر فضيات واعطى من البيك المومى اليه حوالة على سليم كاشف ناظر قسم مليج وهو اعطى حوالة من ثمن الحرير على يوسف كنعان ملتزم الحرير فلم يقبل تلك الحوالة فطلب ذلك المبلغ من الكاشف المومى اليه فا حاله ثانيا الى المرسوم وهو لا يقبله فهل مبلغ الحوالة يطلب من المرسوم ام ترسل الحوالة الى الكاشف المومى اليه ومضى من الميعاد شهر فقط ولم يظهر خبر من طرفه فاذا بقى من الميعاد خمسة اشهر فلا يلزم ان يحيل الكاشف المومى اليه تلك الحوالة الى المرسوم وان ذهبت الى الكاشف وجاءت يفوت بالذهاب والمجى الوقت ويصير محلها مفتوحا بل ينبغى ان يقبلها ويعطى المبلغ المذكور اعلاه نقدا ويرسل رجعة الاضافه الى ديوان اشغال المحروسة ويسد بها دينه ويحرر امر من الديوان الخديوى الى الكاسف المومى اليه تنبيها بذلك كما استقر الراى فى اليوم الثانى عشر من شهر ربيع الاخر.
