Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١١ جماذ الأول ١٢٤٥ ٨ نوفمبر ١٨٢٩ نمرة ٨٠ صفحة ٤ محمد افندى مأمور اشغال مصر المحروسة سابقا قدم تقريرا الى مجلس المشورة مضمونه انه كان كل سنة ياتى طايفة من التجار بمواشى كثيرة من الصعيد ويبيعون فى مولد السيد احمد البدوى وفى باقى المحلات المقتضية ويوخذ الكمرك بموجب القانون من تلك المواشى وفى سنة اربع واربعين لم ياتوا بالمواشى بل اتى بالحيوانات على ذمة الميرى فطرا على ايراد الميرى خلل فينبغىان تكشف كمية الحيوانات الواردة على ذمة الميرى وينزل كمركها من واردات سنة اربع واربعين على موجب الشروطنامه ويخصم من مال هذه السنة ولدى المذاكرة بان من تقرير خليل اغا جبه جى باشى ملتزم الكمرك سابقا ومن كشف الخزينة العامرة ان اصول الكمرك جرت على شروط منها ان لا يؤخذ الكمرك من الحيوانات التى على ذمة الميرى ولذا رسموا بان يؤخذ الكمرك من الحيوانات التى اتى بها التجار حسب المعتاد القديم ولا يؤخذ من الحيوانات التى جاءت على ذمة الميرى ويحرر امر من الديوان الخديوى الى الافندى المومى اليه اشعارا بذلك كما استقر الراى فى اليوم الحادى عشر من شهر ربيع الاخر.
