This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٢ صفر ١٢٩٩ ٢ يناير ١٨٨٢ نمرة ١٢٩٧ صفحة ٣ نص اعلان وارد من بيت مال مصر موجود منزل كائن بحارة بلقدار بالحسانية بـثمن باب الشعرية بغير حجة مخلف عن المرحوم الشيخ حبيش الفتي ابن المرحوم محمد أبو عجوة المتوفي في ٢٠ ربيع آخر سنة ٧٨ من زوجته خضيره وولده محمد البالغ الغايب ووفاة خضيره الزوجة المذكورة في ٧ ربيع أول سنة ٨١ عن ولدها محمد حبيش المذكور ولتخرب المنزل المحكي عنه وعدم وجود الغايب المثني عنه لحد الآن قد كتب لـديوان الأوقاف بالكشف عن ايقاف المنزل من عدمه فورد شرح منه رقيم ١٤ شعبان سنة ٩٨ نمرة ٣٤٨ بعدم ايقافه كما تحرر لـديوان الأشغال أيضًا بما لزم ووردت الأفادة منه رقيمه ٢٦ شوال سنة ٩٨ نمرة ١١٢ بعدم مصادفته تصميمات مستجدة وان مقاسه سبعة وأربعون ذراعا وستة وستون جزا من ذراع وبنا على ذلك عرض الداخلية في ١٨ را سنة ٩٨ نمرة ١٧٥ بالاستئذان عن اشهار مزاد مبيعه صدرت افادتها رقيمة ٢٢ را سنة ٩٨ نمرة ٢١٥ تصريحا باشهار مزاد مبيعه بميعاد ٩١ يوما من تاريخ الاشهار وقد كان وتحررت قايمة عن اشهار مزاد مبيع المنزل بالميعاد المذكور من ابتداء تاريخه وارسلت الى رئيس دلالى عقارات المحروسة ومشترطا بها ان الثمن بالعملة الصاغ الديوانى الخالية نحاس وكافة المصاريف من ميرى ودلالة ورسومات وثمن قايمة المزاد وغيره تكون على المشتري بدون تكليف بيت المال بشئ ما وبعد مارسى المزاد وانقطاع الأمل عن وجود راغب للزيادة عما يرسى به المزاد وصودر الأمر بالسماح بالمبيع يجرى قبض الثمن والمصاريف المستحقة التحصيل وتوريدها خزينة بيت المال ومكاتبة المحكمة بتوقيع المبايعة بحيث ان لم يحصل السماح في المبيع من بيت المال فلا يكون لمن يرسى عليه المزاد ادنى تداعي بأي وجه من الوجوه وقد كتب في تاريخه للجهات عن ذلك هذا لاعلانه على من يلزم حتى ان كل من له رغبة للمشترى يرسل لهنا بالافادة والضمانة المعتمدة قبل مضى الميعاد المذكور بيومين اثنين لاتمام الـمزاد بالمصلحة.
