Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٩ رجب ١٢٩٧ ١٧ يونيه ١٨٨٠ نمرة ٨٩٦ صفحة ٤ نص اعلان وارد من بيت مال مصر بتاريخ ١١ ج سنة ٩٧ موجود حصة قدرها ع ١٥ سهم من منزل كائن بشارع الحسينية البالغ قدر مقاسه ١٠٧,٧٨ اذرع تعلق شخص يسمى حسين أغا غايب من مدة أربعين سنة وغير محقق وفاته ولا وجوده وكان سبق اشهار مزاده مبيع الحصة المذكورة ورسى العطا فيها على مصطفى أفندى خليل بمبلغ ٢٠٥ قرش صاغ وتصرح من المالية ضمن افادة فى ١٨ ل سنة نمرة ١٣٢ بالمبيع ولما صار مطالبة الراسى عليه المزاد المذكور وبالثمن مذ منذ كان مستخدما بأوقاف اسكندرية وتجاوب منه بابقاء المادة لحين حضوره بالمحروسة واستعداده لحضور الشهود الذين يشهدوا بوفاة حسين اغا ايلولة الحصة المذكورة منه لبيت المال وحضر الآن واستحضر أشخاص وشهدوا بافقاد حسين اغا المذكور من مدة وعدم العلم بحقيقة وفاته وقد عرض للداخلية عن ذلك وصدر أمرها رقم ٤ ر سنة ٩٧ نمرة ٩٢ تصريحا باشهار مزاد مبيع الحصة المرقومة بميعاد واحد وتسعين يوم وبناء على ذلك قد تحرر مزاد عن مبيع الحصة المذكورة لاشهارها بميعاد واحد وتسعين يوم من تاريخه وأرسلت لريس دلالين العقارات بمصر مشترطا بها ان كافة المصاريف من دلالة وميرى ورسومات وغيره تكون على المشترى بدون تكليف المصلحة بشئ ما وان بعد مرسى المزاد على أى شخص كان وصدور الامر العالى بالسماح فى البيع يجرى قبض الثمن والمصاريف وتوريدها الخزينة ومكاتبة المحكمة بتوقيع المبيعة اذا كان لم يحصل التسليم من بيت المال في البيع لمن يرسى عليه المزاد فلا يكن له أدنى تداعى على المصلحة بأى وجه من الوجوه وقد تحرر في تاريخه للجهات عموما وهذا للمعلومية ودرج ذلك بالوقايع والجرنالات حسب الجارى.
