Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٧ ذي القعدة ١٢٩٦ ٢ نونمبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٣٤ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٩ ذي القعدة سنة ٩٦ ديوان الأوقاف أرسل لهنا افادات وأوراق بناء على ما كتب اليه من بطريكخانة الأقباط بشأن نصف منزل كائن بـباب البحر مقال بانه وقف الست رحمة بنت مشرقي جرجس وراغبة استبداله إلى الست صابحة بنت تادرس مشرقي وانها استبدلت منزل متخرب وستة دكاكين باسفله كائنين بـدرب الصهريج لوقفي العدرى وماري جرجس كلا منهم النصف وانه تسلم للست المذكورة حجتين باحدى عشر قيراط وأما حجة الثلاثة عشر قيراط ضايعة وبعد أن حصل مخابرة بيت مال مصر وكتب الى المحكمة باجراء الأصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس فيما وردت به افادة المحكمة رقم ٢١ شوال سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٤٢٢ توضح بأنه جرى التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة الشيخ عبد السلام أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أورى بانه تحقق لديه جريان الحصة التي قدرها ربع وسدس وثمن ثلاثة عشر قيراط شايعة في كامل أرض وبنا المكان والستة حوانيت بواجهته الذي أصلهم خمسة حوانيت احداهن صارت حانوتين من أصل الخمسة حوانيت المرقومة حانوتين بواجهة المكان المذكور في وقف الذمية حنوتة بنت الذمي نخلة الكاتب بالرسالة على نفسها ثم من بعدها يكون وقفا على فقراء النصاري الاقباط الواردين والمترددين بـدير ماري جرجس والعدرى الكائنين بـحارة زويلة بـخط بين الصورين بمصر ما هو على فقراء دير ماري جرجس اثني عشر قيراط من ذلك وما هو على فقراء دير العدرى قيراط واحد باقي ذلك لباقي ما أوضحه وقد تاشر من ورشة الاملاك على نفس ما ورد من المحكمة بما يفيد عدم الأستدلال وكتب الى الجهات عموما عن ذلك كما وفي تاريخه تحرر الى المحكمة وأرسل لها كامل الأوراق المتعلقة بذلك وتورى لها عن التحرير الى الوقايع بدرج ذلك بالجرانيل بميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما المحدده من تاريخه وعلى انه اذا كان لم يحضر اليها أحدا بشأن ما ذكر فتجرى أصولها لنحو ذلك ولزم تحريره ليجري التنبيه بدرج ذلك بالجرانيل حسب الجارى.
