Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٧ جمادي الأولى ١٢٩٦ ١٨ مايو ١٨٧٩نمرة ٨١١ ص ٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ غاية ربيع الثاني سنة ٩٦ بيت مال مصر ارسل مكاتبة الى المحكمة عن مادة منزلين كائنين بـحارة الدراسة بـثمن الجمالية مقال بانهم تعلق شخص يسمي سليمان أغا ارنؤط الياسرجي غايب واتضح انه توجه الي بلاده اشكوثره ببلاده الروم من مدة زمانية وتوفي هناك وانه من عهد توجهه لم يظهر له وارث والخلل تلك المنزلين صار مبيعهم واستولا ثمنهم ولباقي ما أوضحه بيت المال يرغب توقيع صيغة المبايعة الشرعية ولعدم وجود الحجج قد وردت مكاتبة المحكمة لهنا يطلب اجري ما يقتضي وبمخابرة ديوان عموم الاوقاف عن ذلك وردت منه الافادة رقم ٢٣ الجاري نمرة ٢٠٥ بوضاحة ما صار اجراء من التحريات والتحقيقات وتوضح عدم وجود ثوابت للاوقاف وناشر من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال على تلك المنزلين وحيث من الاقتضى النشر عن ما ذكر بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري توقيع صيغته المبايعة الشرعية حسب ما يرغب بيت المال وتحرر الجحح المقتضية وبناء عليه اقتضي تحريره للنشر اذانه بتاريخه تحرر للمحكمة عن ذلك وأرسلت اليها كامل الآوراق للاجراء حسب ما ذكر.
