Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٥ جمادي الأول سنة ١٢٩٦ ٦ مايو ١٨٧٩نمرة ٨٠٩ ص ٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر قد عرض من المحافظة الملغية من مذكورين بانهم ورثة المرحوم هلال السماك ووالدته الحرمة سرية وانهم يمتلكوا حصة بمنزل كائن بـخط النصرية بـدرب البندق وحجتها ضايعة ولسابق ما أفيد من المحكمة نمرة ١٧ بما تبين لدي الكشف من السجلات حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف وردت الافادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراء من التحريات والتحقيقات الذي بالتحرير عنها للمحكمة والايضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الاصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس فيما وردت به افادة المحكمة رقم ٥ محرم سنة ٩٦ نمرة ١٢٣ توضح عن سابق ما أفيد من المحكمة نمرة ٩٤ التي من ضمنه ذكر بأنه جري التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة الشيخ عبد السلام أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوري بأنه تحقق لديه وفاة المرحومة سرية وولدها المرحوم هلال السماك عن ورثة أوضح عنهم وان الحصة التي قدرها تسعة عشر قيراط وثلث قيراط باقي المكان المذكور انتقلت من بعد المتوفين إلى أحمد هلال وحسن هلال والحرمة ستهم ووالدتهم الحرمة نفيسة بنت ابراهيم وزوجة عمهم الحرمة نفيسة بنت حسن لباقي ما أوضحه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال على ذاك الحصة وتقدم ضمانة بامضا وأختام كل من الورثة المذكورين والضامن اليهم الشيخ مسعود مصطفى البخشونجي بشأن الحصة المذكورة وانها ملك الورثة المذكورين آلت اليهم بالأرث الشرعي لباقي ما توضح عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من العلم على خطاب مختار الغيطانية بان الاسطي مسعود الضامن معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان ضمانه فى ذلك عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشير على الضمانة بختم الضبطية بان ختم على خطاب المبصوم بالضمانة مضاهي للمبصوم بسجل الضبطية كما وأفيد من ضبطية السيدة زينب عن اقتدار الضامن والمصدق المذكورين فبتاريخه تحرر للمحكمة بما لزم وأرسلت اليها الضمانة وكامل الآوراق واقتضي تحريره ليتنبه بالشر عما ذكر بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بعد انتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة حسب الجاري.
