Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٦ جمادي الأول ١٢٩٦ ٢٧ ابريل ١٨٧٩نمرة ٨٠٨ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٧ ربيع الثاني سنة ٩٦ قد وردت افادة من المحكمة لهنا على مكاتبة صادرة من ديوان الاوقاف بشأن جزؤ معطى للحرمة مباركة من مدفن الشيخ عيطوة وتوضح بإفادة المحكمة المحكي عنها ان حجة الوقفية ليست موجودة ورغبت اجراه اللازم عن ذلك بمخابرة بيت مال مصر ووردت منه الافادة الذي بالتحرير عنها الي المحكمة والايضاح عنه اجراء ما تقتضيه الاصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس وردت افادة المحكمة رقم ١٧ الجاري نمرة ١٢٢ بانه جرى التحقيق اللازم عن ذلك حسب ما أوضح الشيخ على الخطيب أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوري بأنه تحقق بالمجلس الاول الشرعي جريان قطعة الارض الكائنة بـشارع ميدان القطن بجوار عطفة البحيري بـثمن الازبكية في جهة وقف المرحوم الشيخ عيطوه لباقي ما أوراه وحيث توضح هكذا ومن الاقتضا النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل فقد تحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة وكتب بتاريخه الى المحكمة عن ذلك وأرسلت إليها كامل الأوراق واقتضى تحريره لتنبيه بالنشر حسب ما ذكر.
