Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٣ ربيع الاول ١٢٩٦ ١٦ مارث ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٠٢ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٢٣ صفر سنة ٩٦ قد عرض من مذكورين بأنهم ورثة المرحومة نفيسة وانها تملك نصف منزل كائن بجهة تحت الصور بـثمن الخليفة ولما أفيد من المحكمة نمرة ٧٦بما تبين لدي الكشف من السجلات قد حصل التحرى بمخابرة بيت المال وديوان الاوقاف والمحكمة وردت الافادات وأخيرا من المحكمة رقم نمرة محرم سنة ٩٦ نمرة ١٢١ وتوضح بأنه تعين الشيخ أحمد السيوفي أحد كتاب المحكمة وما أجراه أوضح عنه والشيخ المذكور أوري بأنه تحقق لديه أن المرحومة نفيسة بنت المرحوم يوسف الشهير بالبيسه الجزار توفت عن ابنتها المصونة فطومة بنت المرحوم محمد فودة وولد ولدها المرحوم محمد الشافعي هو محمد القاصر وان المتوفية كانت تمتلك الحصة التي قدرها النصف اثني عشر قيراطا من المكان البادي ذكره لباقي ما توضح وتأشر من ورشة الأملاك بما يفيد عدم المعلومية بنصف منزل المذكور وتقدمت ضمانة بامضا وأختام كل من الحرمة فطومة ومحمد فودة والضامن اليهم الشيخ مصطفي درويش باشكاتب الاسبتاليات والحكمة خانة بأن النصف منزل المذكور هو ملك الحرمة نفيسة وبعد وفاتها آلى إلي ورثاها لباقي ما توضح عنه بالضمانة وحيث في تاريخه تحرر الي المحكمة وأرسلت اليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق اقتضي تحريره ليتنبه بالنشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يتضح وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة غير الضايعة حسب الجاري.
