Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٩ ربيع الاول ١٢٩٦ ٢ مارث ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٠٠ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١٤ صفر سنة ٩٦ قد عرض من عفيفي الصرماتي بأنه يمتلك منزل بـحارة الدراسة ثمن الجمالية وحجته ضايعه ولما أفيد من المحكمة بنمرة ٢٤ بما تبين لدي الكشف من السجلات قد حصل التحرير بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف والمحكمة ووردت الأفادات وأخيرا من المحكمة بتاريخ ١٩ ج سنة ٩٥ نمرة ٧٠ عرضحالات للمحافظة الملغية بان تعين الشيخ محمد الدري لاجراء التحقيق اللازم وأن ما أجراه وأوضح عنه والشيخ المذكور أوري بانه تحقق لديه ان عفيفي البشيهي الصرماتي يمتلك جميع ملك كامل المكان الكائن بحارة الدراسة بـخط الأزهر بثمن الجمالية لباقي ما أوضحه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الأستدلال عن ذلك وتقدم الضمانة بامضا وأختام كل من عفيفي الصرماتي المذكور والضامن اليه مكاوي على مختار السقايين بشأن المنزل البادي ذكره وانه ملك عفيفي المذكور لباقي ما توضح عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من موسى البدوى ريس طايفة السقايين بأن مكاوي على الضامن مقتدر ومعتمد وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان ضمان الضامن والمضمون عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشير بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بأن ختم موسى البدوي المبصوم بها مضاهي للمبصوم بالسجل وحيث من الأقتضاء لنشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل فقد تحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد اذا كان لا يتضح وجود معارض ولا منازع فس ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة كما بتاريخه كتب للمحكمة وأرسلت إليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق وبناء عليه اقتضى تحريره للنشر حسب ما ذكر.
