Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٨ ذى القعدة ١٢٨٩ ٧ يناير ١٨٧٣ نمرة ٤٨٩ صفحة ٤ صورة اعلان وارد من حضرة وكيل عموم الأوقاف بتاريخ غرة ذا سنة ٨٩ عدد ١ منزل خرب كائن بـسوق مسكاه وقف خليل النمر نظارة خليل النمر مقتضى خروجه بالأستبدال وسطح أرضه ٦٩ متر وراسي مزاد استبداله على حضره عبد الله بك ذهدي بمبلغ ٦٠٠٠ غرش صاغ فيقتضي كل من كان له رغبة في أخذه بالأستبدال فبعد معاينته يحضر لـديوان الأوقاف لوضع مزاده بما يرغبه وقد تحدد لنهو ذلك خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخه ١ قطعة أرض كائنة بـدرب الشيخ فراج ببولاق وقف مسجد أحمد ابن بدر نظارة على أفندى أبو النصر مسطحه اذرع ١٣٠ وأهل الخبره قدروا لقيمة تؤاجرها ما هو ثمن الأنقاض الموجودة بها بمبلغ ٢٠٠٠ قرش صاغ فيقتضي كل من كان [له] له رغبة في أخذها بالتواجر بالزيادة عن ما ذكر فبعد معاينته اياها يتوجه لطرف معاون قسم أول أوقاف ويوضع مزاده بما يرغبه بقائمة المزاد وقد تحدد لنهو ذلك خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخه. _____ ٢ بما انه تجوز شرعا باستبدال المحلات الموضحة وتحرر بهم خمسة وثلاثين اعلان ارسلو للضبطية بافادة في تاريخه لوضعهم على القره قولات وكتب لمن لزم من معاونين الأوقاف باشهار أحدهم بقائمة مزاد والأخرى قائمتها بالديوان كما الموضح أعلاه وحيث من الأقتضاء ان يكون ذلك محيط علم الجميع لكى كل من كان له يرغب رغبه لاخذ شئ من ذلك فبعد معاينته اياه يتوجه للجهة الذي بها قائمة المزاد ويعطي القول اللازم بها بحسب ما يرغبه اقتضي ترقيمه ليصير درج ذلك بالوقايع كالجاري.
