Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٢ ربيع الثانى ١٢٨٩ ١٨ يونيه ١٨٧٢ نمره ٤٦١ صفحة ٣ صورة اعلان وارد من حضرة مدير عموم المدارس بتاريخ ٣ ربيع الاخر ١٢٨٩ نمرة القطعة متر مسطح ٢ ٦٤٥ ٣ ٤٥٠ ٤ ٧٣٦ ٥ ٦٨٤ ٦ ٦٦٩ ٧ ٧١٨ ٩ ٤٨٣ ١٠ ٥٩٦ ١١ ٥٦١ ١٢ ٥٤٤ ١٤ ٣٦٤ ١٥ ٥١٠ ١٦ ٤٧٨ ١٨ ٧٧٤ ١٩ ٧١٥ انه بناء على الامر الكريم الصادر لديوان المدارس عربي رقم ١٥ سفر ١٢٨٩ نمرة ٢٢٥ عن مبيع الاراضي الميرية الكائنة بجهة المناصرة وصرف ما يتحصل من اثمانها في عمارة المكاتب الاهلية بمصر قد صار تقسيمها الى عدة نمر والان مقتضي مبيع الخمسة عشر نمرة الموضح بيانها باعلاه والباقي يجرى مبيعه بعد ذلك وتحرر عن كل قسم منها قائمة مزاد للمبيع بديوان المدارس وتحدد لذلك ميعاد ستين يوما ابتداوها ١٨ ربيع الاول ١٢٨٩ وغايتها ١٨ جماد الاولى ١٢٨٩ فكل من كان له رغبة في المشترى فليحضر لديوان المدارس في كل اسبوع يوم الثلاثاء ليعطى المزاد فيما يرغبه سوا كان في قسم واحد او قسمين او اكثرمن بعد المعاينة ومناظرة الرسم المعمول والمبيع فهو بالثمن على الذراع المعمارى وبمرسب المزاد يكون ديوان المدارس مخير في الاعطاء وعدمه بحيث اذا وافقه المبيع بالثمن الذى يرسي المزاد وتصرح بذلك من المجلس الخصوصي من بعد الاستئذان منه فيكون دفع الثمن نقدا حالا قبل التسليم على واقع المقاس بالذراع المعمارى الذى يحصل بوقته اذا اذا العمدة في قبض الثمن على المقاس الذى يظهر وقت التسليم سواء كان اقل او اكثر من المقاس الموضح اعلاه وكافة المصاريف من دلالة وعوائد ميرية ورسم تحرير الحجة وخلافه مع ستة قروش ثمن قائمة المزاد تدفع جميعها من طرف المشترى بالكامل ويكون قابلا بكافة شروط الحكومة.
