Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٣ جمادى الأول ١٢٤٨١٨ اكتوبر ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٤٣صفحة ٢ حوادث مجلس مصر حضرة الافندى ماموراشغال المحروسة قدم تقريرا لمجلس المشورة مضمونه انه وردت عليه خلاصة بان يعطى قره مصطفى اغا قفوش اغاسى استحقاق يومية استخدامه فى تحرير شون التبن بعد خصم ما اخذه من ديوان اشغال المحروسة وهو خمسمائة قرش وعلى موجبها كشف من الدفاتر عن مدة استخدام الاغا المرقوم وتبين انه استخدم سبعة اشهر وتسعة عشر يوما وصرف له منها هذا المبلغ من ديوان اشغال المحروسة وبعده احيلت مصلحة التبن على الترسانات بان يحسب فيه استحقاق السبعة اشهر والتسعة عشر يوما للاغا المرقوم وتخصم منه الخمسمائة قرش فى مصلحة التبن ويعطى باقى حقه الذى استوجبه فقال اهل المجلس حيث كانت مصلحة التبن متعلقة بديوان الترسانات ينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من الديوان الخديوى الى الافندى ناظر الترسانات بان يحسب استحقاق الاغا المرقوم فى مدة السبعة اشهر والتسعة عشر يوما ويخصم منه الخمسمائة قرش التى اخذها سابقا ويقيد الباقى فى مصلحة التبن ويصرف للمرقوم على الوجه الذى انهاه حضرة الافندى المومى اليه كما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم العاشر من جمادى الاولى.
