Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٢ جمادى الأول ١٢٤٨٧ اكتوبر ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٣٨صفحة ٣ حوادث مجلس مصر ناظر فبريقات الحوض المرصود ارسل رسالة الى محمد افندى وكيل الفبريقات عموما وقدمها للديوان الخديوى وبعد ان سئل عنها الافندى ناظر الابنية احيلت على مجلس المشورة مضمونها انه يلزم ان تبيض المخازن التى يوضع فيها القطن بالفبريقة المذكورة وان يجدد زجاج شبابيك الورشة المكسور وحيث ان العمل بالاشغال الان بالدواليب الانكليزيه يلزم ان يسقف المحلان الذان بالورشة المذكورة وتفرش ارضهما بالبلاط لوضع الدواليب القديمة فيهما فقال اهل المجلس قد تبين من الاعلام الذى قدمه ناظر الابنيه للديوان الخديوى لما طلب منه الكشف عن ذلك انه يتم العمل المذكور باحد عشر الف قرش وانه من الواجبات وحيث ان الامر كما ذكر ينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من الديوان الخديوى الى الافندى ناظر الابنية بان يعمر ذلك على موجب الكشف ويقيد مصاريفه فى مصارف الابنية الميرية واعلام الى منير افندى ناظر الفبريقات عموما اشعارا له بما ذكر كما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم التاسع والعشرين من شهر ربيع الاخر.
