Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٥ جمادى الاول ١٢٤٨٣٠ سبتمبر ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٣٥صفحة ٤ حوادث مجلس مصر قرابطق وكيل ديوان المبيعات عموما قدم تقريرا لمجلس المشورة مضمونه انه كان فيما سبق من الايام قد استقر الراى على انشا مخزن للخيط بورشة الخرنفش وقد انشى بالفعل ولكنه بقى بدون سقف واذا ترك بهذه الحاله لا يناسب بقا الخيط به لدخول الشمس والرياح وسائر العلل فيه فيتلف الخيط وحينئذ لا يسمى مخزنا وكذلك اذا كانت ارضه مبلطة فانه يصير الخيط مبتلا ويتلف فيلزم لحفظه من التلف ان تفرش ارض المخزن بالواح الخشب فقال اهل المجلس انه قد تبين من افادة حافظ افندى ناظر الخيط ان المخزن الذى انشى بالورشة المذكورة جميع محلاته مسقفة سوى محل واحد بوسطه بقى بغير سقف الى ان تاتى الاخشاب ويسقف واما ما ذكر من ان ارضه اذا كانت مبلطة يصير الخيط الذى يوضع عليها مبلولا ويكون تلفه ظاهرا وانه يلزم ان تكون ارضه مفروشة بالالواح فحيث كان ذلك من لوازم المصلحة ينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من الديوان الخديوى الى امين افندى ناظر الابنية بانه يفرش ارض المخزن المذكور بالالواح واعلام الى محمود افندى ناظر المبيعات عموما اشعارا له بان يعرف حافظ افندى ناظر الخيط بما ذكر كما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم الثالث والعشرين من شهر ربيع الاخر.
