Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٥ جمادى الاول ١٢٤٨٣٠ سبتمبر ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٣٥صفحة ١ حوادث مجلس الجهادية امين افندى ناظر الابنية قدم تقريرا لمجلس مشورة الجهادية مضمونه انه كان بالجبل المقطم المعروف الان بالجيوشى محلات للجباجيه ثم انشئت فيه قشله صغيره لجباجية الجهادية تحتوى على ثنتى عشرة اوضة كذلك محل مثل القشله لجباجية الترك تحتوى على عشر اوض صغيرة وانه في هذه الايام كثر الرجال المذكورون في ظل سعادة افندينا الظليل ولم تكفهم المحلات التى ذكرت وبقى بالخيام منهم نحو مائتى رجل ووصلت اليه خلاصة بان يذهب مع امير اللوا ادهم بيك ليكشف عما يلزم لهم من الاوض ويخبر بمقدار المصاريف اهل المشورة وانه سار مع الامير المومى اليه الى المحل المذكور وتبين له انه يلزم ان تبنى قشله طولها ستون ذراعا وعرضها كذلك تكون مشتمله على عشر اوض تسع كل واحدة منهن عشرين رجلا وعلى الباب منها اوضة واحدة للضباط وتبنى جوانبها لاربعة الاربعة وحيطان محلاتها بلوزمها من حجر الدبش وتسقف الاوض بالاخشاب المعبر عن الواحدة منها باربعة طرود وتجعل في وسطها فسحة مغطاة بالبوس والحصر على الوجه الذى تقتضيه وتكون كل اوضة منها مكمله بالباب والشبابيك وسائر المشتملات وان جملة مصاريف القشله المذكورة تبلغ خمسين الف قرش على وجه التخمين وانه يلزم ايضا ان يبنى محل للتنكجيه يكون طوله خمسة عشر ذراعا وعرضه سبعة اذرع وكذا محل لربط الفشنك يكون طوله ثلاثين ذراعا وعرضه عشرة اذرع ويفرش بالبلاط وتجعل فيه مصطبة فان سوعد على بنائهما يصرف عليهما الفا قرش وتكون جملة ما يصرف على القشله السالفة الذكر والمحلين المذكورين مائة الف والفى قرش على وجه التخمين وانه رسم قائمة انشا المحلات المذكورة وقدمها للمجلس فقال اهل المجلس نعم انه ارسل الى المحل المذكور طوبجية لاجل التعليم وصارت القشله الاولى لا تحملهم وهذا ظاهر وانهم اذا بقوا بالخيام يكون ذلك موجبا لمصاريف كثيرة وحيث كان انشا ما ذكر لازما ينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من حضرة بيك افندى ناظر الجهاديه الى الافندى المومى اليه بان يشرع في انشائه على وجه المسارعه واعلام الى اميراللوا المومى اليه اشعارا له بما ذكر كما استقر الراى عليه في اليوم الحادى والعشرين من شهر ربيع الاخر.
