Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٩ ربيع الاول ١٢٤٨٢٦ اغسطس ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٢١صفحة ٢ حوادث مجلس مصر راغب افندى امين الدفترخانه قرر انه كان استدعى فى تقرير قدمه لمجلس المشورة بأن تنشأ مصطبه للكتبه ليجتمعوا فى محل واحد ويكونوا بمرأى من الناظر وان تنشا له اوضة مختصره وصدرت خلاصة من المجلس وارسلت الى الافندى ناظر الابنية بالكشف عن مصاريف ذلك فكشف وعرض للمجلس انه يصرف عليه خمسة عشر الف قرش وخمسمائة واستقر الراى على انشاء المصطبة وصرف النظر عن اوضة الناظر على ان كل ناظر فى مصلحة له اوضة مخصوصة و حيث كانت الدفترخانه محلا عظيما وقد صرف على بنائه اموال جسيمة كان منع عمل اوضة الناظر مما لا يناسب واستدعى بان يرخص له فى انشائها فقال اهل المجلس انه بالنظر الى ما انهاه الافندى المومى اليه من انه ليس له محل مخصوص به تبين انه يلزم ان ينشا له محل مختصر وعلى هذه الصوره ينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من الديوان الخديوى الى الافندى ناظر الابنية بان يعمل له اوضة مختصره كما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم الثالث عشر من شهر ربيع الاول.
