Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٩ شوال ١٢٤٧١٢ مارس ١٨٣٢نمرة ٣٥٨صفحة ١ حضرة محمد افندى مأمور اشغال المحروسة قدم رقيما الى مجلس المشورة مضمونه ان رجلا من مشايخ ناحبة منوهله التى فى قسم المنوفية اسمه احمد ابو ايوار قبض على رجل من مصر من اهل تلك الناحية اسمه محمد ابو على الطويل لاجل ان يرسله الى قريته على انه مقيم بالمحروسة مدة عشرين سنة ودفع فردته فيها من ابتدآ سنة ثمان وثلاثين وليس عليه طين فى البلد ولا مال وقد ابرز الشيخ المذكور علما يتضمن ان له شريكا فى الحراثة اسمه عبد الهادى ولكن ذلك زور فينبغى ان تمنع المشايخ عن الظلم والتعدى فقال اهل المجلس ان المجلس العمومى الذى انعقد فى القصر العالى حكم فيه بان الفلاحين الذين اقاموا فى المحروسة من ابتدآ سنة ثمان وثلاثين تسلم فردته للديوان المذكور وترسل منه رجعة اضافة بها الى المأمورية وحيث ان حساب الفردة الذى هو الى غاية سنة خمس واربعين قد تم ينبغى ان تقبل الفردة فى المأمورية وتخصم وتجرى رجعة الاضافة بها من ابتدا سنة ست واربعين ويرسل الى القصر العالى دفتر المأموريات المشتمل على مقدار الفلاحين المتوطنين بالمحروسة من ابتدا سنة ثمان وثلاثين ويشرح فيه ايضا تحويل فردتهم ويقابل بدفاتر اهل الحرف الذين بالمحروسة ومن هذه الحيثية لا ينبغى ان يرسل هذا الرجل الى بلده وحيث ان المشايخ لم يرعوا هذه الاصول وارادوا ان يكون لهم تسلط على الفلاحين ينبغى من الان فصاعدا انه اذا ادعى احد المشايخ بان رجلا من اهل قريته مقيم بالمحروسة يؤتى بدفتر تحويل القرية ويكشف فيه عن ابتدا تحويل فردة الرجل ويحقق تحقيقا بليغا ويحرر ذلك فى قايمة وترسل الى الديوان الخديوى فى ضمن علم مع الشيخ المدعى ليرسل من ثم الى طرف حضرة مقدم هذا الانهاء لان المشايخ ياتون المحروسة بدون علم من المأمورين ويمدون يد التسلط على بعض اناس لغايات لهم ويطلبون ان ياخذوا منهم الفردة وهم قد ادوها فى المحروسة على انه صدرت خلاصات عمومية الى حضرة المأمورين لاجل امعان النظر فى ذلك فينبغى الان ان تحرر اليهم خلاصات اخرى اشعارا لهم بحفظ ما ذكر ويحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى حضرة الافندى المومى اليه بان يحقق الامور التى تكون كهذه ويرسل من يظهر كذبه الى الديوان مع رجل قواس ويحرر علم اخر الى حضرة مديرى الوجهين القبلى والبحرى والى مأمورى الغربية من طرف عبد الرحمن افندى معاون جناب افندينا ولى النعم كما استقر الراى على ذلك فى غرة شهر رمضان المعظم.
