Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٣ شعبان ١٢٤٧٢٧ يناير ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٣٤٤صفحة ٤ محمد بيك ميراللوا وناظر المهمات الحربية عموما انهى ان الجرنال الذى يشتمل على حفظ البارود من الرطوبة والندا عرض على سعادة افندينا رئيس العساكر فرسم بامره الكريم ان يذهب امين افندى ناظر الابنية مع بيوديانى الكيمياوى المقيم فى الطوبخانة حتى اذا كان فى طوبخانة اثر النبى خلل يمنع او نقصان ترتيب يكمل وبموجب ذلك ذهبا الى المحل المذكور وقال الكيمياوى المرسوم انه ينبغى ان يوضع البارود على الواح وتفتح شبابيك فى جهات المحل لاجل الهوا وان الناظر المومى اليه يرى ان وضع الالواح مناسب واما فتح الشبابيك فغير مناسب والامر فى ذلك لحضرة ارباب المجلس فقالوا حينئذ قد تبين من انهاء الافندى المومى اليه ان فتح الشبابيك ليس بمناسب لان فيه مخاطرة وموجود محلات كثيرة من الجبه خانة واما وضع الالواح فحيث انه لا باس به ينبغى ان يشرع فيه حسب قياس المخزن ومن اجل اجر العمل بما هو مذكور ويحرر علم من طرف حضرة بيك افندى ناظر الجهادية الى الافندى المومى اليه والى حضرة المير المسطر اسمه اعلاه اشعارا لهما بما ذكر واستقر الراى عليه فى اليوم الثامن عشر من شهر رجب الفرد.
