Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢ ربيع اخر١٢٤٦٢٠ سبتمبر١٨٣٠ نمرة ١٩١صفحة ٢ سليمان اغا ناظر خليج الزعفران قدم شقة الى الديوان الخديوى واحيلت الى مجلس المشورة مضمونها انه ارسلت اليه خلاصة بخصم سبعة عشر الفا ومائة وثلثة عشر قرشا ثمن احجار ارسلت من ديوان الجير والجص لمصلحة هى فى عهدته حيث لم تخصم الى الان وانهى ان هذا الامر لم يكن فى مدته بل كان فى مدة سلفه سليم اغا ولاجل انه لم ترد الدفاتر لينظر المطلوب الى اربابه وليعلم ذلك المبلغ على من قيد فلم يفعل ذلك وينبغى ان يسأل المعلم مشرقى مباشر الخليج سابقا عن ذلك فسئل المرقوم فقال انه فى مدة سليم اغا ناظر الخليج سابقا اخذت حجارة من مصلحة الجير والجص لانشاء القناطر واعطيت رجع بالمطلب بختمه بثمنها الى غاية شهر شوال سنة خمس واربعين وبعد ان عزل المومى اليه لازم ان يحرر حسابه فوضعت دفاتر حسابات الخليج فى صندوق محفوظة فى ديوان الابنية بمعرفة محمود اغا قاوش اغاسى ولكنه لم يجر الحساب فى ديوان القسم الاول من القليوبية لكى تتبدل رجع ديوان الجير والجص برجع الاضافه ولدى المذاكرة قالوا حيث ان حساب خليج الزعفرانى يعطى الى ديوان القسم الاول من القليوبية ويجرى الحساب فى ذلك الطرف فعلى هذا ينبغى ان يشرع فى اجراء الحساب المذكور وان قاوش اغاسى ياخذ الدفاتر المحفوظة فى الصندوق باطلاع المعلم مشرقى ويذهبان كلاهما الى طرف مأمور القليوبية ويشرعان فى الحساب ولاجل ذلك يحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى محمود اغا المومى اليه لكى انه عند وصوله الى القسم المذكور يبتدى فى تحرير الحساب ورجع الاضافة اللازم ارسالها الى الخزينة تعطى لمحمد اغا ناظر الجير والجص ويتم الحساب ويشطب لئلا يبقى اخذ وعطاء بين الدواوين البتة ويحرر علم الى مأمور القليوبية اشعارا له بذلك كما استقر الرأى عليه.
