Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٣ ربيع اول ١٢٤٦١١ سبتمبر١٨٣٠ نمرة ١٨٩صفحة ٢ احمد افندى شنن ناظر الحرير قرر انه تعلقت الارادة السنية بان تحال انوال الحرير وفبريقاتها التى فى الحوض المرصود على امين افندى ناظر المبيع والحال انها تنقل الى حوش عيسى الا ان المحل المذكور يحتاج الى ترميم وان الكشف عليه والشروع فى انشائه منوط برأى اهل المجلس العالى هذا ما انهاه ولدى المذاكرة قالوا من حيث ان المحل المذكور احيل على عهدة امين افندى فينبغى ان يشرع فى تعميره حسبما انهى الافندى المومى اليه ويرسل المهندس من ديوان الابنية ليكشف على المحلات المحتاجة فيه الى العمارة ويحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى احمد اغا وكيل ناظر الابنية اشعارا له بذلك كما استقر عليه الرأى فى اليوم الثانى عشر من شهر ربيع الاول.
