Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٥ صفر ١٢٤٦٢٦ يوليو ١٨٣٠ نمرة ١٦٩صفحة ٢ على افندى مأمور اشغال المحروسة قرر انه ارسل قواصا لكى ياتى بستين قنطارا صوفا مغزو مغزول وهى التى رتبت على مأمورية الفيوم لاجل عمل عشرة الاف سجادة لازمة للعساكر الجهادية ف يحضر الرسول الأخمسة عشر قنطارا فقط واعطاء شقة من حسين اغا مأمور المحل المذكور تشتمل على عدم ارسال الباقى والحال انه ان لم يؤت بباقى الصوف سريعا يتأخر عمل السجادات ولدى المذاكرة قالوا لا يناسب ان يوخر عملها حيث هى لازمة للعساكر الجهادية وانه ظهر من تقر تقرير الافندى المومى اليه شفاها انه ورد فى العام الماضى اربعون قنطار صوف من المأمورية المذكور المذكورة فمن حيث ذلك ينبغى ان يحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى حسين اغا مأمور الفيوم لاجل ان يرس يرسل الخمسة والاربعين قنطارا الباقية سريعا كما استقر الرأى على ذلك.
