Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٦ جماذ الاول ١٢٤٥ ٢٣ نوفمبر ١٨٢٩ نمرة ٨٧ صفحة٤ محمد اغا خفتانجى افندينا ولى النعم ابراهيم باشا ناظر الجير والجبس قدم تقريرا الى مجلس المشورة مضمونه انه حكم قبل هذا فى المجلس بان تعاد الثيران التى اخذت لمصلحة الحجر فى شبرا بارادة ولى النعم الى محلها وقدرها ثلاثون راسا وذلك لانها لازمة لاجل الزراعة وخلاصة هذا الحكم وصلت اليه الا ان الارادة السنية تعلقت بان ترسل الاحجار التى تلزم فى هذه الايام لمصالح الاقاليم فى وقتها فلذا تحتاج المصلحة الى حيوانات فمن حيث ذلك ينبغى ان تهيا ثيران بدل تلك الثيران ويكون جمعها اما من ديوان المواشى او من محل اخر بحيث تعاد الى محلها وكان اخذت ثيران اعارة من الجنينة التى فى قدم النبى ومن الجنينة التى فى الخصوص ومن الجنينة التى فى الجيزة والتى فى الروضة وذلك لاجل خدمة الاحجار وحرر الى مامورى منوف بان تجلب ثيران فورد منها خمسة وعشرون ثورا ولم يرد الباقى ولذا لم تعاد الثيران التى اخذت من تلك الجنينات فيلزم ماية ثور غير تلك الثيران وقرر حسن اغا ناظر المواشى بان فى ديوان المواشى لا يوجد ثور واحد فينبغى ان تهيا تهياء تلك الثيران من محل اخر ولدى المذاكرة قالوا من حيث ان مأمورية الجيزة قريبة الى محل مصلحة الجير والجبس ينبغى ان يهيا ثلاثون ثورا منها ويرسل الى المصلحة المذكورة سريعا حيث ان الثيران التى اخذت من جنينة شبرا وديعة لازمة لاجل زراعة شبرا ولاجل هذا يحرر امر من الديوان الخديوى الى حسن بيك مأمور الجيزة والى حضرة الاغا ناظر الجير والجبس لكى اذا وصل الى طرفه ثلاثون ثورا يعيد تلك الثيران المذكورة اعلاه والى مأمورى منوف لكى يرسلا الثيران الباقية المطلوبة من مأموريتهما كما استقر الراى فى اليوم السابع عشر من شهر جمادى الاولى.
