Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٤ جماذ الاول ١٢٤٥ ١١ نوفمبر ١٨٢٩ نمرة ٨٢ صفحة ١ المعلم رفائل حنا قدم تقريرا الى مجلس المشورة مضمونه انه احيلت بالايرادة الثانية مباشرة ديوان الفردة وديوان اشغال المحروسة على عهدته وله وقت ان كان مباشرا فى ديوان الفردة سبعماية وخمسون قرشا شهرية ولمباشر العموم الف ومايتان وخمسون قرشا شهرية فمن حيث ان المرسوم صار مباشر الديوانين تحيل بان تصرف له هذه الشهرية وقدم عرضحال لاجل ذلك ولما سمع انه حكم فى مجلس المشورة بان تصرف له سبعماية وخمسون قرشا استدعى ان يعطى شهريته زائدة حيث قدم الحسابات على اصول اوروبا ووفر من شهرية الكتبة قدر عشرة الاف قرشا ولدى المذاكرة قالوا ان المباشرالمرسوم كان مباشر الديوانين وعزل منهما من دون جنحة واثم فينبغى ان تصرف شهريته الف قرش منذ نصب مباشرا الى غاية عزله ويحرر امر من حضرة الافندى مأمور الديوان الخديوى الى على افندى مأمور اشغال المحروسة اشعارا بذلك كما استقر الراى فى اليوم الثالث عشر من شهر ربيع الاخر.
