Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman غرة ربيع الثاني ١٢٩٩ ١٩ فبراير ١٨٨٢ نمرة ١٣٣٧ صفحة ٣ نص اعلان وارد من نظارة الاشغال العمومية مصلحة المحاجر تشهر بالـمزاد كمية أحجار صغيرة الحجم ودقشوم ونقاره يبلغ مقدار وزنها ٦٣١٣٠ قنطار تحت الزيادة والعجز من متاخرات مصلحة اللغمجية بعضها على شاطئ النيل وكانت المياه مرتفعة عليها فى الاعوام الخالية وبعضها موضوع بجوار سكك حديد المصلحةالمذكورة الكائنة أحدهما بجوار مركز أورطة اللغمجية سابق بجهة طرة الاخرى قبلى عزبة الصعايدة بهذه الجهة أيضا على مقتضى شروط موجودة بالمصلحة المبدؤ بذكرها وقد تحدد لهذا المزاد ميعاد ابتداؤه يوم ١٤ فبراير سنة ١٨٨٢ وغايته يوم ١٤ مارث سنة تاريخه فكل من له رغبة فى مشترى تلك الاحجار فعليه أن يحضر بمكتب المصلحة المثنى عنها الكائن بديوان الاشغال العمومية ليطلع على شروطها ويعطى عطاه بالقيمة التى يرغب الاخذ بها بحيث ان من لم يحضر فى الميعاد المذكور أو يحضر فى أثنائه ولم يعد ثانيا فلا تكن المصلحة مكلفة بانتظاره ولا قبول أى قول منه مطلقا فى ١٢ فبراير سنة ١٨٨٢ الموافق ٢٣ ربيع أول سنة ١٢٩٩.
