Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٧ محرم ١٢٩٩١٩ دسمبر ١٨٨١نمرة ١٢٨٥صفحة ١ الحوادث الداخليه أمر عال نحن خديو مصر بناء على ما عرض لطرفنا من ناظر الاوقاف بموافقة رأى مجلس نظارنا نأمر بما هو آت (المادة الاولى) قد تشكلت تحت رياسة ناظر عموم الاوقاف لجنة لحفظ الآثار القديمة العربية مؤلفة مما يأتى ذكرهم وهم مصطفى فهمى باشا محمود سامى باشا محمود بك الفلكى اسماعيل بك الفلكى فرانس بك روجرس بك تجران بك عزت افندى يعقوب أفندى صبرى موسيو بودرى على أفندى فهمى (المادة الثانية) أعمال هذه اللجنة هى أولا اجراء اللازم لجرد وحصر الآثار العربية القديمة التى يكون فيها فائدة صناعة أو تاريخية ثانيا ملاحظة صيانة تلك الآثار ورعاية حفظها من التلف وأخبار نظارة الاوقاف بالتصليحات والمرمات المقتضى اجراؤها فيها مع ايضاح المهم منها ثالثا النظر فى الرسومات والتصميمات التى تعمل على المرمات اللازمة لهذه الآثار والتصديق عليها وملاحظة اجراء تلك المرمات رابعا حفظ رسومات جميع الاشغال التى تنتهى بكتبخانة الاوقاف واعلان النظارة المذكورة عن القطع التى تتخلف من العمارة ويلزم نقلها للانتيكخانة لاجل حفظها بها (المادة الرابعة) على ناظر الاوقاف تنفيذ أمرنا هذا صدر بسراى عابدين فى ٢٦ محرم سنة ١٢٩٩ الموافق ١٨ ديسمبر سنة ١٨٨١ (الامضاء) (محمد توفيق) بامر الحضرة الفخيمة الخديوية رئيس مجلس النظار (الامضا) (شريف) ناظر المعارف والاوقاف (الامضا) (محمد زكى).
