Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٩ ربيع الاول ١٢٩٨ ٢٨ فبراير ١٨٨١ نمره ١٠٤٩ صفحة ٣ نص اعلان وارد من نظارة الاشغال العمومية ديوان الاشغال العمومية يشهر مزاد اجراء عملية ترميمات وتصليحات بمدرسة المبتديان على مقتضى مقايسة ابتدائية بمبلغ ٥٥٢٩ قرشا و١٠ فضة وشروط موجودة بقلم السكرتاريه العربى بالديوان وقد ىحدد تحدد لنهو وقفل المزاد المذكور غاية يوم ٢ ربيع الثانى سنة ٩٨ الموافق ٢ مارث سنة ٨١ كل فكل من كان له رغبة فى اجراء هذه العملية بطريق المقاولة فليحضر للديوان لاطلاعه على المزاد وشروطه واعطاء عطاه ومن لا يحضر لغاية الميعاد المذكور فلا يكلف الديوان بانتظاره ولا باخذ قول منه فيما بعد فى ٢٤ ربيع أول سنة ٩٨ الموافق ٢٣ فبراير سنة ٨١.
