Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٤ ربيع الثانى ١٢٩٧ ٤ ابريل ١٨٨٠ نمرة ٨٦٩ صفحة ٤ نص اعلان وارد من بيت المال بتاريخ ٧ ربيع الثانى سنة ١٢٩٧ موجود حصة قدرها سبعة قراريط من منزل كائن بالمناصرة بقنطرة الأمير حسين خارج بابى زويله والخربة تعلق شخص يدعى طه ابن سالم الجرايحى غائب بفيزوغلى مدة ومظبوطة تلك الحصة بمعرفة بيت المال يوم وفاة والدته المدعوه مباشرين المتوفية في ٢٥ رجب سنة ٧٤ عن ولدها طه المذكور ولتطلب الحرمة عائشة بنت أبو حامد الشريكة فى المنزل المذكور أجرى البناء معها كونه خرب أو مبيع الحصة المذكورة فبعد أن كتب لديوان الأشغال بمقاسه والايضاح عن لزومه لجهة الميرى من عدمه ووردت افادة الديوان المذكور رقم غاية را سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٥٧ عن عدم لزومه لجهة الميرى وان مقاسه يبلغ مائه تسعة وسبعين ذارع ونصف وثلث ذراع قد عرض للداخلية بالاستئذان عن مبيع تلك الحصة ووردت افادتها رقم ١٠ محرم سنة ٩٧ نمرة ٣٥٩ عرض تصريحا باشهار مبيع الحصة المذكورة بميعاد واحد وستين يوما وبناء على ذلك قد تحررت قايمة مزاد باشهار مبيع السبعة قراريط المحكى عنهم بالميعاد المرقوم وأرسلت إلى رئيس دلالين العقارات بالمحروسة وتوضح بها أن كافة المصاريف من دلالة وتمن قايمة المزاد ورسم ديوان الأشغال السابق صرفة من المصلحة وغيره على المشترى بدون تكليف بيت المال بشئ ما وقد تحرر للجهات عموما فى تاريخه وهذا لاعلانه على حتى كل من له رغبة فى المشترى يحضر لبيت المال أو وكيل من طرفه بالضمانة والأفادة المقتضية قبل حلول الميعاد المرقوم بيومين لاعمال المزاد بالمصلحة حسب الجارى واذا مضى الميعاد وحضر أحدا بعدها فلا يقبل منه مزاد.
