Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٦ شوال ١٢٩٦ ١٢ أوكتوبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٣١ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١٤ شوال سنة ٩٦ مقدما عرض للمحافظة الملغية من أحمد حميد وأختهفاطمة بأنهم يمتلكوا حصة قيراطين بمنزل الكائن بجهة الجامع الأحمر بـالأزبكية والحجة ضايعة ولما أن حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الأوقاف والمحكمة قد وردت الأفادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراؤه من التحريات والتحقيقات وبما ورد أخيرا من المحكمة رقم ١١ را سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٣١ توضح بانه جرى التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة الشيخ مصطفى عبد رب النبي أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوري بأنه تحقق لديه جريان الحصة التي قدرها قيراطين من بنا المكان الكائن بالأزبكية بخط الجامع الأحمر في ملك أحمد حميد القماش وأخته الحرمة فاطمة حميده لباقي ما أوضحه وتحقق من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم الأستدلال على الحصة المذكورة وتقدم ضمانة بامضاء وأختام كل من أحمد حميد وأخته الحرمة فاطمة والضامن اليهم الحاج محمد ربيع التاجر بالغورية بشأن حصة القيراطين بالمنزل المذكور وانها ملك المذكورين ولا مانع من التصريح باخراج حجة بدل الضايعة وتصدق من الحاج محمد الجوربجي رئيس تجار الغورية بان الحاج محمد ربيع الضامن مقتدر ومعتمد وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وتأشر بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بان ختم رئيس تجار الغوريه المبصوم بها مضاهى للوارد بالسجلات فبتاريخه كتب للمحكمة بما لزم عن ذلك وأرسلت إليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق وصار النشر عموما للجهات وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة وبناء عليه اقتضى تحريره للنشر عن ما توضح بالجرانيل حسب الجاري في مثل ذلك.
