Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٧ رمضان ١٢٩٦ الموافق ١٤ سبتمبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٢٨ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٢١ رمضان سنة ١٢٩٦ قد عرض للضبطية من أحمد حسني بانه مخلف عن والده المرحوم حسن أغا قبودان منزل كائن بـمصر القديمة وحجته ضايعه ولوجه ما افيد من المحكمة نمرة ٤٤ بما نبين تبين لدى الكشف من السجلات حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الأوقاف والمحكمة ووردت الأفادات بوضاحة ما صار من التحريات والتحقيقات وبما ورد من المحكمة بتاريخ ٢٤ رجب سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٦٠ عرض توضح بانه جرى التحقيق اللازم عن ذلك بمعرفة الشيخ مصطفى الجندي نائب مصر القديمة والشيخ المذكور أوضح بأنه تحقق لديه جريان كامل أرض وبنا المكان الكائن بمصر القديمة بـخط حمام حمداد بـحارة أبو بكر المعروفة الآن بالحارة الجديدة في ملك أحمد حسنى الكاتب بحلقة السمك بـمدينة الفيوم ابن المرحوم الحاج حسن أغا قابودان مصر القديمة ابن المرحوم ابراهيم اغا قواله لى وأخويه لوالدته المرحومة زنوبة بنت المرحوم الدالي أحمد وهم محمد بهجت الدخاخني بمصر القديمة والمصونة فاطمة البكر البالغ ولدي المرحوم صالح أفندي وهبي ابن أحمد لباقي ما أوضحه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري على نفس ماورد من المحكمة بما يفيد عدم المعلومية بالمنزل المذكور وتقدم ضمانة بأمضا واختام كل من أحمد حسني ومحمد بهجت والمصونة فاطمة المذكورين والضامن اليهم مصطفى أفندي سليمان الجردلي البيكباشي ٤ جي بياده سابق والآن من أرباب المعاشات بالروزنامجه بشأن المنزل المذكور وانه ملك الورثة المذكورين آل إليهم بالأرث الشرعي وانه لا مانع من التصريح باخراج حجة بدل الضايعة لباقي ما نص عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من شيخ ثمن مصر القديمة وشيخ حارة ساعي البحر بأن مصطفى أفندي البيكباشي الضامن معتمد ومقتدر وله أطيان ومعاش بالروز نامجه وله أملاك بالحارة والثمن شياختهم وتاشر بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بان ختم شيخ ثمن مصر القديمة المبصوم بالضمانة مضاهي للوارد بالسجل وحيث في تاريخه كتب للمحكمة بما لزم وأرسلت اليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق المتعلقه بهذا الخصوص وصار النشر عن ما ذكره عموما للجهات وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما وتوضح بانه بعد مضى الميعاد المذكور اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة وبحالة ما ذكر صار من الأقتضا النشر عن ما ذكر بالجرانيل حسب الجاري وبناء عليه اقتضى تحريره للمعلومية بذلك.
