Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٠ رمضان ١٢٩٦ ٧ سبتمبر ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٢٧ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ديوان الأوقاف بتاريخ ١٧ رمضان سنة ٩٦ ديوان الأوقاف أرسل للمحكمة أوراق بمكاتبة مذكور بها ان حضرة أحمد بك صقر باشكاتب السكة الحديد أورى عن وجود خربة من تعلقات الأوقاف بـعطفة الفراخة بـقصر الشوق وانه يرغب لاخذها بالاستبدال وان الخربه هي وقف الست خوند بركة نظارة الأوقاف ومسطحها أربعة وثلاثون متر وثمانية عشر سانتي وان حضرة مفتى الأوقاف أفتى بأنه حيث لا يكون للوقف المذكور ربع تعمر منه ولا وجود من يرغب لعمارتها من أصل الأجرة فلا مانع من احالة هذه المادة على حضرة القاضي لتوقيع صيغة الأستبدال واستولاء الثمن لمشترى الأنفع لجهة الوقف ولذا يرغب ديوان الأوقاف توقيع صيغة الأستبدال ولوجه ما صدر من المحكمة للضبطية بعدم وجود حجة ايقاف تشتمل حصة ثمانية قراريط من الخربة المذكورة قد حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر والمحكمة ووردت الأفادات واخيرا من المحكمة ٢٤ ش سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٣٥٩ بأنه جري التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة الشيخ يوسف مليش أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوري بأنه تحقق لديه جريان الخربة المذكورة في وقف المرحومة خوند بركة أم السلطان الأشرف شعبان وان من جملة الخربة حصة قدرها ثمانية قراريط حجتها معدمة لباقي ما أوراه وحيث في تاريخه كتب إلى المحكمة بما لزم وأرسله اليها كامل الأوراق كما وصار النشر عن ذلك للجهات عموما ومن الأقتضا النشر عما ذكر أيضا بالجرانيل وقد تحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة مع اجراء ما يرغبه ديوان الأوقاف ولزم تحريره للنشر حسب ما توضح.
