Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٦ شعبان ١٢٩٦ ٤ أغسطس ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٢٢ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١٧ رجب سنة ٩٦ فيما تقدم عرض للمحافظة الملغية من مذكورين بأنهم ورثة المرحومة زينب بنت المرحوم الحاج محمد البهواشي وانه مخلف عنها سبعة قراريط بمنزل كائن بـدرب المنجمة بخط الأزبكية والحجة ضايعة ولما أن حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الأوقاف والمحكمة ووردت الأفادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراه من التحريات والتحقيقات الذي بالتحري عنها الي المحكمة والايضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الأصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس فيما وردت به افادة المحكمة نمرة ١١٥ توضح بانه صار اجراء التحقيق وبمناظرة الأوقاف تبين ان الشيخ سالم رمضان يوري بانه تحقق لديه جريان الحصة التي قدرها سبعة قراريط من المكان المعروف بالكبير والدار المتداخلة به والحانوت المخرج منه في ملك الحرمة نفيسة بنت المرحوم الحاج على الرزناوي وأحمد البهواشي العطار وعلى سالم الفكهاني وولديه محمد وشقيقه القصر ايل ذلك اليهم بالأرث من قبل المرحومة زينب بنت المرحوم محمد البهواشى لباقي ما أوراه الذي بمخابرة بيت المال عنه وردت الأفادة رقم ١٧ج سنة ٩٦ نمرة ٨٨ بوضاحة ما تبين لدي الكشف في دفاتر بيت المال وبوجه ما تأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم معلومية الحصة المرقومة وما تقدمه به الضمانة بأمضا وأختام كل من الورثة المذكورين والضامن اليهم أحمد جاهين الفكهاني بشأن الحصة المرقومة وملك الورثة ولا مانع من التصريح باخراج حجة بدل الضايعة لباقي ما نص عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من محمد زغلول رئيس الفكهانية بان أحمد جاهين الضامن عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشر على نفس الضمانة بختم الضبطية بأن ختم رئيس الفكهانية المبصوم بها مضاهي للمبصوم بسجل الضبطية قد تحرر في تاريخه للمحكمة وأرسلت إليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق واقتضى تحريره للنشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة حسب الجاري.
