Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٦ شعبان ١٢٩٦ ٤ أغسطس ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٢٢ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١٦ رجب سنة ٩٦ محكمة مصر أرسلت لهنا أوراق بمكاتبة على ما صدر لها من ديوان الأوقاف بشأن حانوتين كائنين بـشارع طولون مقال بانهم جارين في وقف العمري نظارة الشيخ أحمد أحمد وان حضرة على أفندي لبيب يرغب أخذهما بالاستبدال ولوجه ما قيل بان حجة الإيقاف ليست موجودة ترغب المحكمة اجراء ما يلزم وبمخابرة بيت مال مصر وورود الافادة بما صار اجراء التي بالتحري عنه إلى المحكمة والإيضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الأصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس فيما ورد من المحكمة رقم ١٥ الجاري نمرة ٢٩٦ توضح بأنه جرى التحقيق اللازم عن مادة الحانوتين وبمناظرة الأوقاف وجد أن الشيخ أحمد السيوفي أحد كتاب المحكمة اورى بأنه تحقق أن الحانوتين الملاصقين لبعضهما الكائنين بـخط طولون بالشارع بسفل مكان حضرة على أفندي لبيب البكباشي موقوفين على مسجد الأستاذ الشيخ على العمري لباقي ما أوراه ولكون بما صدر من ديوان الأوقاف للمحكمة واضح ما هو كافي عن جريان الحانوتين المذكورتين فى الجهة الوقف البادي في ذكره بتاريخه تحرر للمحكمة بما يلزم واقتضى تحريره للنشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لايظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري ما يلزم فيما يرغبه ديوان الأوقاف.
