Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٦ شعبان ١٢٩٦ ٤ أغسطس ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨٢٢ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من بيت المال بتاريخ ٩ رجب سنة ٩٦ موجود بـشارع قوله وبـشارع عبد العزيز بـثمن عابدين بالمحروسة منزل كبير كامل المشتملات وبه سلاملك من الجهة البحرية وبأسفله سته دكاكين وبالجهة الغربية منزلين ومن ملحقات ذلك المنزل سبيل وكتاب وستة دكاكين أسفلهم بالجهة الشرقية وجميع ذلك مخلف عن المرحوم على باشا حمدي المتوفى عن ورثاه ولمديونية تركته وعدم وجود مبالغ للتركة تفى بالدين المذكور وتقديم تذكرة من الواصى على القاصر ووكيل عن باقي اخوانه البالغ برغبته مبيع العقار المذكور وأعلاه وتجاوب من وكيل لزوجة بذلك أيضًا لتسديد الدين قد تحرر لديوان الأشغال بطلب الإفادة عن لزوم وعدم لزوم العقار لجهة الميري وتعين من يلزم لقاسه ووردت افادته في ٢٢ جا سنة ١٢٩٦ نمرة ٢٠ بعدم مصادفته بتصميمات مستجدة وان مقدار مسطحه ١٨١٠,٢٢ متر فلهذا قد تحررت قايمة مزاد في تاريخه باشهار المبيع وجاري ذلك بمعرفة بيت المال بشروط أن كافة المصاريف من سمسرة وثمن قايمة المزاد ورسم ديوان الأشغال وغيره على المشتري ثم بعد مرسى المزاد على أي من كان وانقطع الأمل من وجود الراغب للزيادة وأخذ قول من الوصى ووكيل زوجة المرحوم بالسماح في المبيع فحين ذلك يجري قبض الثمن ممن يرسى عليه المزاد ومكاتبة المحكمة بتوقيع المبايعة من الورثة وتحرير حجة التمليك كما وانه بعد مرسى المزادان لم يحصل التسليم في المبيع من الورثة فلا يكن للراسي عليه المزاد تداعي على بيت المال ولا على الورثة بشئ ما وقد جري النشر عن ذلك عموما لكافة الجهات وقد تحدد لاجراء المزايدة وميعاد واحد وتسعين يوما من تاريخه وهذا لاعلانه على المستخدمين حتي كل من له رغبة لمشترى العقار المحكي عنه بالشروط الموضحة آنفا فيرسل لهنا بالإفادة اللازمة والضمانة القوية في ظرف المدة المحددة للمزايدة لاعطاء المزاد منه على قايمة المزاد ولزم تحرير بذلك.
