Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٦ رجب ١٢٩٦ ٥ يوليه ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨١٨ ص٤ اعلانات نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ٢٩ جمادي الثانية سنة ١٢٩٦ مقدما عرض للمحافظة الملغية من ورثة الحاج حسن الشحات المهندس بانه مخلف عنه نصف منزل بـحارة الفراخة بـعطفة بين السيارج والحجة ضايعة ولما أفيد من المحكمة نمرة ٢١ بما تبين لدى الكشف من السجلات قد حصل مخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الأوقاف ووردت الإفادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراء من التحريات والتحقيقات الذي بالتحري عنها إلى المحكمة والايضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الأصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس فيما وردت به إفادة المحكمة رقم ١٤ محرم سنة ١٢٩٦ نمرة ٤ عرضحالات ذكر بانه جري التحقيق اللازم بمعرفة الشيخ مصطفي عبد رب النبي أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوري بأنه تحقق لديه جريان حصة النصف اثنى عشر قيراطا في كامل بنا المكان الكائن باب الشعرية بـحارة بين السيارج بحارة الفراخة في ملك السيد حسن الشحات المهندس وانه توفا عن زوجته الحرمة زينب بنت المرحوم الحاج أحمد الجاكي وأولاده أحمد المهندس الدخاخني والحرمة هند والحرمة تفاحة من زوجة المذكورة والشيخ على المهندس الفقي من زوجته المرحومة زهرة وابراهيم الصباغ في الأزرق من مطلقته الحاجة آمنه وتوفا المرحوم ابراهيم الابن المذكور عن زوجته الحرمة بنبا ووالدته الحاج الحاجة آمنه وأولاده الثلاثة وهم خليل وزينب القصر من الزوجة المذكورة والحرمة سيدة من زوجته المتوفية قتيلة المرحومة زنوبة وتوفا خليل الابن المذكور عن والدته الحرمة بنبا والحرمة الشقيقة زينب وأخته لوالده هي سيدة المذكورة وعميه أخوي والده وأما الحصة المرقومة انتقلت من بعد المتوفين المذكورين للورثة المرقومين لباقي ما أوراه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري على ما ورد من المحكمة بما يفيد عدم الإستدلال وتقدم ضمانة بامضا وختم كل من الورثة المذكورين والضامن اليهم محمد حسب الله البصمجي بشأن حصة نصف المنزل المذكور وانها ملك الورثة آلت إليهم بالإرث الشرعي وانه لا مانع من التصريح بتحرير حجة بدل الضايعة لباقي ما نص عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من رئيس طايفة الصباغين بأمن الضامن المذكور معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان ضمانه عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشر بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بان ختم رئيس طايفة الصباغين المبصوم بها مضاهي للوارد بالسجل وحيث من الأقتضا النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء لميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة وبتاريخه تحرر للمحكمة وأرسلت اليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق واقتضى تحريره ليتنبه بالنشر حسب ما توضح.
